Who are eligible to register: Registered researcher candidates and faculty members.

How to register

1. Read the details in the Collection and Digital Repository sections to ensure the collection contains the resources you seek.
2. Keep a scanned copy of your recent color passport-size photograph ready (max. size 100 kb).
3. Prepare a scanned copy of your photo identity card (max. size 150 kb) (For Indian nationals - Voted ID, for foreign nationals - Institutional Identity card).
4. Download
   1) Instructions to prepare the Letter of Reference and
   2) Performa of the Declaration Form.
5. Prepare your Letter of reference and Declaration form as suggested and scan them into PDF (each file max. size 500 kb).
6. Click on the Register button, submit the required details and upload all the attachments sought.

Digital repository

1. Your application will be reviewed, and successful applicants will be issued login credentials within a week. You will be notified of review remarks/login credentials via email.
2. You can log in access the collection using the issued credentials.
